Check-in is at the Show office (located at the base of the announcers tower)
Friday, November 30, 2012 is 5:00 - 7:00 pm and check-in on Saturday, December 1, 2012 is 7:00 - 8:45 am.
Entry fees: $8.00 per class if pre-entered or
$10.00 per class after the pre-entry date of November 23, 2012.
Office Fee $0 per rider if pre-entered
(All Forms must be mailed or hand delivered to Hall County
4-H Office along with fees and Negative Coggins by
November 23, 2012 to be considered Pre-entered.)
$10.00 per rider if no pre-entry
Stalls: FREE for this Show ! Each horse must have a stall.
Stalls will be assigned -shavings cost is mandatory!
Stalls will be available for stabling Friday afternoon after 5pm. If you need an extra stall for tack or Feed - you will need to reserve those as well. Each stall used must be assigned.
Shavings are $6.50 per bag with minimum 1 bag per stall mandatory (No splitting bags.)
A copy of a negative Coggins test current within one year of the show date must either be mailed with the entry forms or presented to the show office before any horse can be shown. Sorry, no refunds including scratched classes.  |
