Disciplines judged: (example: Hunter, Jumper, Western, Showmanship, Youth, Adult, etc.)
Levels judged: (example: Pre-Beginner, Beginner, Short Stirrup/LS, Novice, Advanced, Open, etc) Shows that you have judged in the past:
Show types judges: (Local, A rated, breed shows, etc.)
Future Shows that you will be judging (that you have already contracted)
Occupation as it relates to horse show judging) (ex: Trainer, full-time judge, Riding Instructor, etc.)
